If you need to replace the dust seal on a 98 f150 4x4 CV to spline area it is Motorcraft part number BRS54
Don't bother with NAPA, AutoZone, Advance Auto, they spent hours trying to figure out if they had the seal. I found it at a Parts Plus store for $18 f-ing dollars.
The part number on the seal is F65w-1N013-AA
Motorcraft.com has this info:
Front Wheel Seal UNDER 8500 GVW
WHEEL HUB DUST SEAL 2.933 ID X 3.539 OD X 0.65 THICK INNER

Napa has the seal, Part number NOS 29860. Just did the job this weekend. Worked perfectly.
dont go to advanced auto, auto zone or oreily's its not even in their system
